Take your basketball skills to the next level with SIT Basketball's 12-Month Training Program. With one session per week for a year, this program is designed to provide the continuity needed for player development. Whether you're new to the game or looking to take your skills to the next level, our training program will elevate your performance on the court. Training programs are intensive and aim to transform your skillset. We will start with completing your player evaluation and then develop a progression plan that breaks down your weaknesses while continuing to build on your strengths. At the end of the program, you will receive your final assessment and future progression plan. Cancellation Policy
Sessions can be rescheduled, unless it's within 3 hours of your scheduled training time. Once a session is booked there is no use-by date. The session is valid until completed.
